Britain's original and only natural spa. Thermae required a general reservations number when the business first opened in 2006; this is when Carrier Direct Marketing was appointed to handle the various generalinformation enquiries, voucher sales and brochure fulfilment.

Our general reservations team work daily with the booking reservations team at Thermae Bath Spa in Bath, striving to provide a seamless service to Thermae's customers in transferring customers through to the booking team should they require to book after providing general information on the Spa experience.
