The Tourist Information Centre calls for Marketing Birmingham have been handled by Carrier Direct Marketing's call centre since October 2005 to initially help the VIC concentrate on front office customers. The call centre handle visitor information queries, accommodation bookings and more recently ticketing and brochure fulfilment picking and packing the customer's choice of guides.

Carrier Direct Marketing have hosted Birmingham Visitor Services telephone and e-mail enquiries for over three years. Throughout this time they have maintained a high quality of service and have been consistent in providing a flexible and professional service to meet Marketing Birmingham's contact centre needs.
