The annual English Riviera Destination Guide is our flagship publication, involving a great deal of stakeholder investment. It is therefore important that we are continually reviewing the way in which we produce, promote and distribute this publication. The ERTC took the decision to employ Carrier Direct Marketing as the fulfilment agency for the 2013 Destination Guide following a tender process with three other agencies. 

Having met with Alistair Bruce to discuss our requirements, a tender document was submitted within the deadline provided featuring an efficient and comprehensive breakdown of all costs. Carrier Direct Marketing were prepared to negotiate and provide a bespoke service that matched our individual needs which helped immensely in forecasting our 2013 budget. Many of our counterparts in other areas of the country already use Carrier Direct Marketing for distributing their Guides. 

We feel extremely confident that they already have the knowledge and experience to deliver a quality service. Based on that experience, Carrier Direct Marketing can offer advice and ideas to make the service as efficient as possible. In addition to providing us with Stevey Swales, our own Account Manager, other members of the Carrier Direct Marketing team are not discouraged from talking with us direct, should their expertise be called upon. This has meant that any potential issues have been dealt with immediately before this has impacted on the service provision. 

Carrier Direct Marketing offer a huge amount of experience and nouse when it comes to brochure distribution which was a great consideration for us when tendering for the fulfilment contract of our Guides. However, in these economic times cost has to be a governing factor in decision making and Carrier demonstrated that they are prepared to offer the level of service and experience required at a very competitive price.
